BB Creams are an absolute must-have since ages and everybody uses them these days. Apart from providing a quick and natural coverage for your skin, I chanced upon other creative ways to use BB creams which will help you stretch your dollar.
1. Transform your BB into a CC cream
As you all might know, CC cream has a clearer, translucent texture that gives a more natural finish. All you have to do is to use a multifunctioning serum and mix it with your BB cream in a 1 to 2 ratio. Likewise, dot the new mixture on your skin and blend well with your fingertips or a brush. This is not only cheap and quick but safe and nourishing for your skin at the same time.
2. Create your own complexion corrector
Complexion correcting cream / powder works base on colour theory – where complementary colours on the colour wheel neutralizes one another. You can now cover up dark circles more effectively by making your own complexion corrector. Simply use a red lip liner or lipstick to dab three small circles on the dark areas beneath your eyes then squeeze a green bean size of BB cream to blend over. This gives a more natural dark circle coverage in less than 5 minutes as the red tint would cancel out the greyish-green dark patches.
