Previous experience with hair removal services: Waxing really hurt, and there were bumps on my skin after because my skin was irritated by the hot wax. My skin also became more sensitive after. It was extremely uncomfortable, painful, and the salon did not practise good hygiene.

Prior to the treatment, I was worried and scared that it would be uncomfortable, but my therapist (Carol at Strip’s Wheelock outlet) was so assuring and friendly. She made the entire process comfortable and assured me that there was nothing to be worried about.
She explained every step of the treatment in detail so that I would know what to expect. The entire process was so comfortable. In fact, it felt like a warm stone therapy. The cooling gel made everything even more comfortable.
The whole process was quick and efficient. I think it took around 30 minutes or so. They also gave me a few samples to try in the aftercare kit. I like how accessible their outlets are too, so I can pick one that’s the most convenient for me.

Previous experience with hair removal services: I’ve tried IPL trial packages and they were not effective at all. My hair grew out the day after and I did not see results even after six sessions. I also hated doing Brazilian IPL as the therapist didn’t seem skilled in shaving. Plus, it was so uncomfortable and I always experienced a prickly pain when lasers were used on sensitive areas.
