A good cream blush is fundamental to achieving a youthful flush and a coveted, lit-from-within glow.

Containing lightweight oils, cream blushes are different than their powdery counterparts as they are not only hydrating, but also nourishing and very blendable.

If you don’t know where to start with cream blushes, don’t worry, as we’ve got a list of great blushes that keeps us going back for more.

How to apply cream blushes

Cream blushes are very easy to apply as you can simply pick some product up and blend it out with your fingers. You could use a beauty sponge or brush for more precision, but it’s not necessary.

It’s difficult to mess up, as cream blushes are usually sheer but very buildable. If you’ve applied too much, simply use a sponge or brush to diffuse the colour.

To add that warm “just fallen in love” flush to your face, apply the blush to higher on your cheeks. A good way to do so is to smile and apply it on your cheeks before diffusing the edges.
