3. Makeup Eraser (SGD30)
The Makeup Eraser is a microfibre cloth that claims to remove all traces of makeup (even waterproof makeup) with just water. It can be washed over 1000 times after using it to remove makeup.
What we think
It’s cost efficient! Talk about saving money on makeup wipes or cleansers. It really does remove a lot of your makeup. After using it, my skin felt like I had just washed it with a facial cleanser. While using it, I noticed that for it to be effective in removing makeup with minimal tugging, the cloth needs to be relatively wet. Don’t wring the cloth too much after you’ve wet it.
Avoid removing eye makeup with this as it tugs a lot on the area around the eyes and we don’t want any premature wrinkles! I recommend using an oil-based remover to remove your waterproof eye makeup first before using the makeup eraser to remove the rest of your makeup.
The Makeup Eraser is available at Sephora stores.
Verdict: A convenient, cost-efficient tool to remove makeup, though we don’t recommend it for eye makeup.
