In April, Fairmont Singapore’s Willow Stream Spa kicked off a 30-day fitness challenge, which is inspired by the spa’s philosophy and aims to help participants discover, nurture and maintain their hidden energy. The hour-long sessions will take place five times a week for four weeks and targets to help participants cultivate good habits to keep fit and healthy.
Zin Alkaff Syaed, personal trainer of Willow Stream Spa said, “The concept behind the programme can help participants push themselves harder than they would normally do.”
The programme will include several fitness and conditioning routines such as weights training, bodyweight training, circuits/obstacles and interval trainings. There is also a personal fitness challenge test at the end of the programme, to keep participants focused.

Rawatan Halia massage at Aramsa Spa ($108)
Enjoy a body rub at Aramsa Spa, located at Bishan Park. This treatment involves the rubbing of heated, aromatic spices such as ginger, turmeric and lemon grass on the abdomen area to bring medicinal heat to its deeper muscles through the opened pores to bring about relaxation and detoxification.
Originated from Thailand, this 30-minute massage is also great for alleviating muscle cramps, inflammation, indigestion, constipation and soothing sore muscles.
Review: Aramsa Spa offers a very green and beautiful environment, so this certainly help with the entire experience – I mean, would you rather go to Bishan Park or the stadium? Take note that it’s a healing treatment – not just a relaxing one – so it’s normal to experience some discomfort and pain during the process. However, you’d feel much rejuvenated after the treatment.
Bijinsenmon Arm Slimming Masks ($39 for three pairs of masks)
You’ve probably already heard of facial sheet masks that helps create a sharper and slimming-looking facial contours. Review: Of all the slimming methods you could possibly think of, this is probably the easiest. It takes only 15 minutes to complete the regime, and you can do it at the comforts of your own home.
