11. Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist

One of the trendiest looks this year has got to be the luminous, dewy skin look. Achieving this natural look stems from a moisturised face and the Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist (SGD68), made from botanical oils and anti-ageing components, helps you obtain that ultimate glowing complexion.

This skin mist is a spray-on moisturiser that can be used before or after make up is applied and will accentuate the natural glow of your skin. This is definitely one of those “treat yourself” products because you’ll feel like a million bucks when you use it! You can find this product on their website along with many other great skincare items.

12. Unicorn Highlighters

One of the biggest craze this year was not a beauty item, but a mystical creature we all wished was real, Unicorns. And while we saw many Unicorn inspired beauty items, one of the most popular was the Prism Original Rainbow Highlighter (USD22), created by Bitter Lace Beauty on Etsy. This product is unfortunately sold out at the moment although her Instagram account promises a restock soon! While there is a dupe for this item from Wet n Wild for USD5.99, they do not currently ship internationally.

13. Wizard Wand Brushes Inspired by Harry Potter

We all need a little bit of magic in our lives and these Storybook Cosmetics Wizard Wand Brushes Inspired by Harry Potter have made our dreams into reality. These brushes were Storybook Cosmetics’ first product launch and everyone was obsessed. However, due to the overwhelming popularity, these brushes are currently sold out and have not been confirmed for a restock. But if you really need these brushes in your life, follow them on Instagram to stay updated!

14. Makeup Geek Eyeshadows

Makeup Geek is one of those brands that’s impossible to miss on your Instagram feed. With a huge variety of shadows to choose from at a very reasonable price, you can’t really go wrong with their products. The Makeup Geek Eye Shadow (from SGD8.50-SGD14 per shadow) collection includes foiled, duo-chrome, and regular matte and shimmer shades of every color imaginable. This is a great place for anyone looking to expand their shadow selection and try new exciting colors. You can purchase their shadows on their website.

15. Kailijumei Lipstick

Rise and shine! Guess what came to our office last week and that we will be reviewing this week? 😍

One of the prettiest items we saw this year had to be the Kailijumei Lipstick (SGD29.90). The most obvious attraction of this lipstick is definitely the flower and gold flakes encased within the jelly-like lipstick bullet. This lipstick does come with a higher price tag than your typical lipsticks but there’s something magical and exciting with their colour-changing formula from clear to pink. You can buy it in Singapore here.
