Review

Those who love that vintage-chic vibe that’s signature to Benefit Cosmetics are going to love the packaging of this collection.

You can explore the looks that we’ve created using the cream and powder eyeshadows and the lip gloss. (The lip colour is only available in September 2013 and we haven’t laid our hands on them yet).

Of the cream and powder eyeshadow, I prefer the powder eyeshadow because it is a lot easier to blend compared to the cream one. In terms of staying power, however, the cream one lasts a lot longer, although it has a tendency to crease, unless you pat on some eyeshadow powder on top of it to set it.

My favourite from the collection has to be the Ultra Plush Lip Gloss. It is super moisturising and has a sweet vanilla scent that smells almost good to eat. The colours are also subtle enough to be worn over your favourite lipstick, or as a demure lip colour on its own.
