October is breast cancer awareness month and beauty brands worldwide are joining in the movement to fight against the disease and to spread the message of hope.

The Estée Lauder Companies collaborates with local partners in mission to end breast cancer

The Estée Lauder Companies continues its annual support for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) this year with six of its iconic beauty brands (check them out below!) releasing limited edition pink-ribbon products contributing part of sale proceeds towards the foundation.

Apart from continuing its long-term partnership to support Singapore General Hospital, The Estée Lauder Companies will also be collaborating with local partners, Minor Miracles, Perk by Kate, Superga and WeBarre, who are joining the mission to end breast cancer.

Efforts by The Estée Lauder Companies will be amplified by the government’s dollar-for-dollar match as well.

The Estée Lauder Companies will also be donating S$5 (and up to S$10,000) to support breast disease research at Singapore General Hospital for every public, in-feed Instagram post featuring the hashtags #TimeToEndBreastCancer and #UnitedinHopeSG from 1 to 31 October 2020.

The #youarealwaysbeautiful campaign featuring personal stories of female cancer survivors will kick off this month, following the launch of homegrown brand, Breathe Essentials, dedicated to providing year-round support and commitment to breast cancer awareness.

10% of sale proceeds from all products will go to the Breast Cancer Foundation, and these products include everything from hand-poured cocosoy candles co-developed with a 200-year old European fragrance house to pure organic essential oils.

This step forward is led by the inspiring story of founder and breast cancer survivor, Charlene Koh, who found solace in aromatherapy throughout her cancer journey.
