Our tiny island has been doing a great job in bringing in more and more beauty brands that were once not available to us beauty junkies. Not that we’re not grateful (we are, WE ARE!) but, we watch our favourite overseas YouTubers, Instagrammers and bloggers rave about their favourite products of all time only to find out that the brand doesn’t have retail presence in Singapore. Our hopes are pretty much shattered and we start hating on the universe ’cause we think it’s unfair that we don’t get what the beauty junkies overseas get.
WE FEEL YOU.
From luxury to drugstore, here’s our list of 8 beauty brands we wish were in Singapore. But why would we just list the brands when we can provide you with links to where you can purchase them online?
Let’s just hope that someone of power will hear our plea for these brands to be physically available in Singapore. Click next to see the first brand on our list!

The US brand used to be in Singapore, but is no longer so. They’re known for their affordable mascaras, lipsticks, and foundations. We would love some more affordable foundation, please!
Products you should try:
a. Covergirl lipsticks
It’s said that Taylor Swift’s signature red lipstick is a Covergirl lipstick. If that’s not a good enough reason to be a standout product, we don’t know what is. In all seriousness, Covergirl does have one of the best affordable lipsticks that come in a range of finishes and colours.
b. Mascaras
Covergirl has an incredibly extensive mascara collection. You’ll probably be able to find a formula that would address your eyelashes’ needs. One of the most highly-raved about Covergirl mascaras is the Covergirl Lash Blast mascara.
