Every South Korean convenience store is stocked with milk in flavours such as strawberry, blueberry, and the most popular of them all – banana, and we’re sure you’ve bought them when you travelled there.

The new limited edition Lunar New Year collection by ETUDE is inspired by this all-time favourite drink – and we’re all for it! Having seen too many all-red collections during this festive season, a milk-inspired one (because it’s the Year of the Ox, in case you’re wondering!) is refreshing and super adorable.

The Strawberry Milk palette is recommended for those with cool skin tones and feature nine subtle shades with milky-white undertone; Banana Milk palette contains apricot-peachy shades suited for warm skin tones, and the Blueberry Milk palette complements all skin tones and contains muted, milky shades of greyish-purple.

There are also limited edition ETUDE Milky Cheek Blushers (S$14.90) that come in three milky pastel shades in soft, velvet texture that pair perfectly with each of the eyeshadow palette.

While the eyeshadow palettes and blushers may seem like the most eye-catching items in the ETUDE Milky Collection at first, the limited edition ETUDE Milky Tone Up Base (S$22.90), however, is the one that received the best response after the collection’s launch.

Shaped like a milk bottle and housed within a cute “milk carton” , the Milky Tone Up Base is a new primer-and-sunscreen from ETUDE that helps brighten and hydrate skin while protecting it against UV rays. It also has colour-correcting functions to give you a glowing complexion.

This product sold out shortly after it launched and has been restocked – but we heard that it’s currently only available online (on the ETUDE flagship stores on Lazada and Shopee).

Our advice? Get hold of it before it gets sold out again – because who knows if this limited edition product may be gone from the shelves forever once they’re all sold!

Etude Milky Soon Jung Hydro Barrier Cream

The best-selling ETUDE Soon Jung Hydro Barrier Cream (S$39.90) is now available for a limited time in a cute milk carton packaging and in a jumbo size (100ml).

This moisturiser contains hydrating and moisture-preserving ingredients including purified water, glycerin, and propanediol to provide skin with long-lasting hydration and instant comfort.

The product also contains Panthesoside, a patented ingredient that can help soothe irritated skin and strengthen your skin’s protective barrier. Formulated at an ideal pH level of 5.5, which is similar to your skin’s natural pH level, the product is also hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic, making it suitable even for the most sensitive skin.
