Mac Kakao Friends

Last September, M.A.C collaborated with South Korean company Kakao to release five shades of lipsticks housed in casings in Kakao’s signature yellow and featured some of Kakao’s characters’ faces. Some of these lipsticks are currently still stocked at Sephora, in case you still want to get your hands on them.

And just four months later, M.A.C Korea announced they will be dropping another Kakao collection – an even bigger one – that consists of six lipsticks. This will be available from 1 February on M.A.C Korea’s website.

On top of the lipsticks, they’ve also included two shades of Air Cushion Powder Studio Fix.

According to photos we’ve seen circulating in the beauty community, the products are dressed in pink this time, and if you ask us, we think this collection is even cuter than the last one.

The six lipsticks are named after positive greetings: Cheer up, Congrats, Thank You, Happy Birthday, Love You, and Have A Good Day, which will certainly serve as a great encouragement to ourselves when we put them on and will also make for a great gift to a loved one.

Here’s the good news: we’ve found out from our local sources that the collection will be made available in Singapore too. However, while this was released in Korea in time for Valentine’s Day, it will only be released in Singapore after February (potentially in March or April), so you’ve got to be a little patient if you want to get your hands on them.

We’ll definitely be sharing about its official release in Singapore once we receive official information. So keep your eyes on Daily Vanity. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Telegram if you don’t want to miss any alerts from us!
