Whether it’s a hair trend that’s withstood the test of time or fun, modern twists on existing trends, such as unicorn highlights, holographic hair, hidden highlights… we’ve seen it all.

There’s no better way to usher in springtime than with a new hair colour that’s reminiscent of the season. We don’t know about you but this time of the year definitely reminds us of floral blooms, so why not incorporate that into our everyday look?

Ahead, we’ve gathered our favourite pink hair looks that aren’t too bright or flashy, but will still add that gorgeous pop of colour and change up your look.

Smokey pink

Ashy undertones can be incorporated into any hair colour to tone down your look if a colour’s too vibrant for your liking, and the same goes for pink.

Smokey pink will look oh-so flattering on fair skin and is a great way to experiment with dyed hair. It adds just the right splash of colour without it looking too over the top.

Paired with the ever-so trendy curtain bangs, this is a look we want to replicate too!

Wispy bangs and soft curls? This gorgeous combination of colour and style makes for an effortlessly feminine look.

But hey, who’s to say you can’t pull off smokey pink with a simple haircut like this? It’s straight, sleek, and a totally smokin’ hot look.

Sakura pink

Inspired by the gorgeous cherry blossoms, sakura pink hair is perfect if you’re looking to exude a fun and youthful vibe. Whether it’s styled straight or wavy, long or short, we think anyone can rock this soft shade!

P.S.: If you’ve got very dark hair, or you’ve been dyeing it red or dark brown, it may take a couple of bleach sessions to lift all the colour before you can achieve this bright, eye-catching hue on your tresses.

Even IZ*ONE member Sakura Miyawaki has been seen sporting this lovely shade of pink last December!

We just love everything about this soft, diffused colour.

You can even ask your colourist to throw in some subtle pastel or beige pink highlights to add dimension to the whole look.

Copper pink

Pink can come in all shades and hues, and adding an undertone or some highlights can give life to a whole other colour on your tresses.

Enter copper pink, a blend of orange or reddish undertones on pink. While it strays away from the conventional pastel pink tones, it’s still a fun and eye-catching colour that’s sure to turn heads wherever you go.

More on the reddish end of the spectrum, this hair colour reminds us of an idyllic floral field and some truly cottagecore vibes.

These cotton candy pink highlights on a cool tone apricot base are going on our hair inspo Pinterest board, for sure!

If warm colours are more up your alley, this fiery copper pink’s the look for you.

Rose gold

Remember when rose gold first took the world by storm when it debuted as one of the colours for the iPhone 6S years ago? The hype hasn’t died down since, and you’ll see this gorgeous shade everywhere – on your tech, accessories, and even hair!

Rest assured, this look won’t go out of style anytime soon. A perfect mix of gold, blonde, and light pink hues, it’s a great introductory colour for those who are going pastel for the first time.

Blonde and pink with a little Anna-esque white streak create such a unique and playful look we’re totally on board with too!
