The serum is very comfortable and I don’t feel anything on my skin after applying it. I could even apply my makeup over it immediately as it absorbs quickly and isn’t greasy or tacky. My first impressions were great. It was the most impressive acne spot serum I’ve ever used! It’s very cooling and doesn’t irritate my skin at all, which is great since it is sensitive.

Before, my skin has a visible pimple scar that looks permanent. My skin is also oily and has a few small bumps and pimples. After using the serum, these problems cleared up on most areas except those that are more prone to oiliness and pimples. It also slowly helped to reduce the scars. DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 is gentle on the skin, making it great for sensitive skin. Unlike other brands that may have a faster reaction time, the DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 doesn’t dry up my skin nor leave a patch when I put on my makeup. You do, however, need a bit more time to see the effect.

I’ve been experiencing acne scars and blemishes for about two years now, and have been using a prescribed pimple cream and facial wash to aid it. After trying DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8, I’ll definitely continue to use it in my skincare routine.
First off, the product was easy to use and had a sensation that was somewhere between cooling and stinging. It’s also lightweight and easily-absorbed. While it was a little greasy but after getting used to it, my skin was accepting of the product. I use toner and moisturiser along with this and I feel as if it complements the products that I use. I felt that after using it, the bumps and acne on my skin slowly started to fade away. It’s only been 2 weeks since I’ve started using it and I can see that the scars are fading, and my complexion is improving – it was redder before using this.
I would definitely recommend DR’s Secret’s Spot Serum 8 to family and friends, and other people who suffer from the same skin concerns as me. Considering I have sensitive skin, it didn’t have any adverse effects on my skin.

When I first tried this, I realised that it sits well on my skin and did not make my skin feel oily. However, the smell seems a bit “medical”.
Before using the serum, my skin was very uneven and acne scars are obvious even under makeup. After using the DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 consistently for a few weeks, my skin feels much smoother and even. Some of my acne spots are totally gone too! So it definitely improved my scars. My skin is also much smoother than before.
DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 feels so lightweight that I would actually forget that I’ve already applied it on my skin. It is also very watery and leaves a moisturising finish without making the skin look oily. And I think it’s not greasy or sticky at all. Overall, I like how it felt on my skin although my skin feels slightly greasy after application. The texture and smell were pleasant. The product was easily absorbed, non-greasy and non-tacky, even though I’m in a humid environment for a fair amount of time throughout the day.
It works to a certain extent for me. Before using Dr’s Secret Spot Serum 8, I had acne scars from when I was younger. I also had a few blemishes on my face. Upon using it, I could see the blemishes going away, not leaving any marks. However, my previous scars are still visible – but I definitely think I would need more time with the product for it to fully disappear.
I have used many products over the years to try and get rid of my blemishes. Most of them made my skin oily and some didn’t work at all. Only one medically prescribed cream worked for me so far. Still, the Spot Serum 8 has easily become a #2 for me, so I’ll recommend my family and friends to try this if they need to.

I was first struck by the easy-to-use dropper application and how it did not leave a greasy feel, which is great. However, I didn’t like the scent.
Before I used the serum, my skin was usually oily by midday and blackheads on my nose would be more visible. I also had some acne scars on my right cheek. After using Dr’s Secret Spot Serum 8, my skin felt less oily than usual and the blackheads seemed to reduce.
In terms of acne scars, the scars are still there but I understand it takes time to fade, so for this aspect, I am not too sure about the effectiveness of the serum.
However, the texture is good as it is lightweight and not greasy, and I see some visible results so it is good. However, because I dislike the smell and the slight stinging sensation, I may not continue using it.

From experience, I’ve found that many spot treatment products are very drying to my skin, but I’m glad to note that this serum didn’t dry out my skin! Moreover, upon first application, my skin felt more moisturised and it didn’t have a stinging sensation.
The texture of the Spot Serum 8 itself is easily absorbed and very lightweight. I used it twice a day for two weeks and at the one-week mark, I noticed visible differences. Since testing the product, my skin has since brightened up slightly. I tend to have some pimples every week, but this has decreased since I started using this serum. It is good for spot treatment and is not sticky. I remember having a big pimple, and it subsided after using the serum for 2 days.
DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 is easy to use, and despite its fairly strong scent – probably due to the tea tree oil – I’d still highly recommend it to my family and friends! I’d especially share this with those with serious acne, as it will help to lighten scars and prevent them from experiencing recurring acne. It feels comfortable. I wouldn’t say it feels like there’s nothing on my skin, as the product is slightly moisturising although it is lightweight! I was surprised by that given that it is a serum – which tends to be a little heavier. DR’s Secret’s Spot Serum 8 also absorbed nicely into my skin.
Before using the serum, my skin was slightly oily and I was having some bumps and pimples on my face. After using the serum, my complexion improved overall as the serum helped to calm down my inflamed skin. I also found that it gets less oily and I only need to blot my face later on in the day as compared to usual.
I felt that it did help in calming my skin, which had been quite irritated prior to using the Spot Serum. It didn’t do magic by calming my skin completely, but it definitely did help! I’ll continue to use it and I will recommend the DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8 to people who are experiencing similar skincare concerns.

I’ve been religiously using another brand’s tea tree oil spot treatment product for the past four years, but after trying Dr Secret’s Spot Serum 8, I’m switching to this! In fact, it is better than my previous tea tree oil spot treatment product.
The Spot Serum 8’s texture is very watery but fast-absorbing. Once it is absorbed, it feels like there’s nothing there! The first thing that caught my attention is the smell. The scent is not what I typically like but it is still acceptable. The good thing is that the scent fades once other products are layered on top of it. The watery consistency made it slightly hard to put it on the affected areas but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy.
Before using Dr’s Secret Spot Serum, my skin has a lot of whiteheads and a few pimples here and there. After using it, I feel that my skin clear up fast without scarring my skin and it made my active pimple go away as fast as the scars too. I am currently obsessed with it. Would I recommend DR’s Secret’s Spot Serum 8 to everyone? A big YES!

I felt that the serum is rather watery, but I liked that it is lightweight so it doesn’t feel sticky at all. The serum wasn’t tacky or greasy on my skin and was easily absorbed by my skin – leaving it feeling as though there was nothing applied. It also sat comfortably!
For me, I find the calming effect of the serum more significant than clearing my scars. Before using this, I had a dry patch under my eye. After about one week, it started to calm down. My sensitive skin wasn’t irritated or inflamed by the DR’s Secret Spot Serum 8.
Like I had expected, it does its job to calm my skin. For that, I would recommend it to people who have the same skin concerns as me – but I’d like to caution about the scent which some may find unpleasant.
