My skin is constantly irritated and my pimples are regularly inflamed despite the products I apply. Compared to other acne products I use, the La Roche-Posay Acne Skinsaver Set is not as harsh and is more lightweight. The Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel feels very nice on the skin and I will continue using it as the skincare regime is easy to carry out.
The Effaclar Duo (+) heals some white heads by drying it out, but I have some cystic acne it hasn’t worked on. I would recommend it for very inflamed acne with white heads.
