Every morning, Lee Chung Ah weighs herself and goes to the gym when she weighs more than 50kg. According to the actress, she carefully maintains her body weight without suddenly losing or gaining weight, so that her body will be in good condition even when she is tired from work.

Chung Ah’s daily workout routine includes cardio exercises, such as incline running and walking. She stretches her legs while on the high incline to get a full glute workout before moving on to weight training and finishing with some light stretching.

Her favourite machine is the hip abduction machine, which requires engaging your glute muscles to push the weight away from your body. If you can’t get to the gym, you can mimic the motion of the hip abduction machine by wrapping a resistance band around your legs at home or even at your desk!

Chung Ah prepares this tofu salad by chopping cucumbers, fresh tofu (after squeezing the water), olive fruit, and crushed almonds.

The actress enjoys eating tofu due to its health benefits. Because it is high in protein, tofu is a good substitute for animal-derived meat.

It also contains all of the essential amino acids your body requires, as well as a high concentration of minerals and vitamins like calcium, manganese, iron, and vitamin A!

For this recipe, Chung Ah adds natto to her brown rice and a fried egg for extra protein. She then flavours the rice with seasame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce before serving it with yeolmu kimchi (summer radish salad), a Korean side dish.

Natto is another favourite ingredient the actress uses in nearly all of her dishes, besides tofu and almonds. While it may be an acquired taste for some, natto has numerous health benefits due to its high protein, vitamin, and mineral content.

The fermentation process also aids in the absorption of nutrients, which is why the actress frequently adds natto to her dishes.

This delectable dish is served with turban snail meat salad, yeolmu kimchi, natto, and dried seaweed for a nutritious and tasty lunch!
