We prefer marketing interns who can join us for at least six months, but you’ll be considered if you can join us for at least three months. Priority will be given to those who are able to commit for a longer period of time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the content creation process with internal departments and external vendors, which may include administrative and logistical tasks such as packing, courier arrangements, and data entry.
- Appear in videos and livestreams to demonstrate and explain products to viewers.
- Plan, run, and man roadshows, pop-ups and other events together with the team.
- Create simple visuals for eDMs, social media posts, banners, and other campaign materials.
- Draft weekly e-newsletters for Daily Vanity’s email subscribers
- Ensure relevant and engaging content across various social media channels (e.g., Telegram, TikTok, Instagram).
- Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm marketing campaigns for clients and Daily Vanity.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Attributes we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Demonstrate interest in marketing with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from the study of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media, content creation tools, and basic analytics.

We’re looking for a passionate, creative intern who can spot viral beauty trends, loves exploring new products, and wants to learn how content drives real-world sales. The editorial team oversees everything you see on Daily Vanity’s website, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and beyond. We move fast, think commercially, and always have our finger on the pulse of what makes beauty lovers click “add to cart.”
We prefer interns who can join us for at least six months, but you’ll still be considered if you can commit to three months. Priority will be given to those able to stay longer.
Job Scope:
- Build a strong content and commerce portfolio by contributing to Daily Vanity.
- Scout trending beauty deals and products daily from platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Sephora to support affiliate content.
- Appear in videos and livestreams to demonstrate and explain products.
- Attend beauty launches, pop-ups, and events, capturing short clips for TikTok or Telegram coverage.
- Assist in creating short-form videos (filming, b-roll, or scripting for voiceovers) that spotlight trending or bestselling beauty products.
- Write articles on trending topics, product roundups, or beauty forecasts.
- Support other editorial projects assigned by your supervisor.

- You love beauty, storytelling, and creating content that gets people excited to shop.
- You have a good command of English and a flair for conversational writing.
- You’re hard-working, adaptable, and fun-loving, with strong initiative.
- You’re familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lemon8 – and are curious about how content converts to sales.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut is a bonus.

The social media team drives brand growth and engagement across Daily Vanity’s digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand — and our clients — connect with beauty lovers across Singapore and Malaysia.

Job Scope:
- Create trendy, high-performing social media videos to support Daily Vanity and clients’ campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement activities such as giveaways and challenges to grow followers.
- Manage community engagement by replying to messages and comments across social platforms.
- Conceptualise and create affiliate content that encourages product discovery and conversion.
- Design and create marketing assets (e.g. visuals, captions, short clips) to support campaign launches and branded content.
- Provide marketing and content support for client campaigns, including influencer collaborations and branded content.
- Contribute ideas for improving engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
- Support other marketing-related projects as assigned by your supervisor.
Attributes we are looking for:
- You’re active on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms — and understand what makes content go viral.
- You’re confident on camera or have a keen eye for video trends and storytelling.
- You have a good sense of aesthetics and can edit videos using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- You enjoy engaging with online communities and building brand loyalty through authentic interaction.
- You’re adaptable, collaborative, and full of creative ideas.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools is a plus.
- You’re able to commit to an internship of at least 3 months (full-time).
