Kerr shared with Daily Vanity that she follows the 80/20 rule, with 80% of her diet focused on healthy, fresh, organic produce and 20% reserved for indulgence.
“We eat dinner as a family most nights and we sit down to a balanced meal of protein and vegetables,” she added.
Staying active and balanced is also a priority for Kerr. She incorporates a diverse workout routine into her self-care regimen, including Pilates, running or walking, and weight training.
“I love to workout, it’s part of my selfcare routine, and gives me mental clarity,” she shared.
Additionally, Kerr highlighted the significance of maintaining a healthy body from the inside out.
“I’m a firm believer in taking care of my body from the inside out, so you’ll find my prenatal supplements, my omegas, and my probiotics. Lastly, I also have essential oils because they’re a wonderful way to help energise your mood.”

“There’s a misconception that I’m just the face of the brand but I actually built Kora Organics from the ground up and I still am 95% of the company.”
