The Retailssure Programme
Conceived as a hassle-free way for customers to make the right makeup purchase and boost their confidence when experimenting with makeup, Retailssure allows you to conveniently swap your new makeup!
The programme is open to Watsons members, who will receive a Retailssure eCard upon registration. You can use this card to swap makeup that just isn’t for you, even if you’ve already opened it.
Simply head down to your nearest Watsons store with the receipt, Watsons Membership Card, and Retailssure eCard to exchange your makeup.
As long as you make the exchange within seven calendar days from the date of receipt for in-store purchases or from the date of delivery for online orders, you’ll be able to get a replacement within the same makeup functionality at any Watsons store islandwide.
The Promotion
From 7 March to 3 April, new Retailssure Programme sign-ups will receive a free packet of Watsons Side Sealed Facial Puffs 200’s, worth S$5.85, with a purchase of eligible new makeup from selected popular brands.
