Call me superficial, but the first thing that caught my attention when I saw the Ferment Pre-Essence was its sleek packaging. In an oblong bottle that comes with a dropper, this pre-essence sits beautifully on my vanity table and will be easy to pack for travel.
The dropper picks up just the right amount of product that I needed for the entire face – a nice feature that I appreciated.
Most products that promise anti-ageing benefits tend to run the risk of having a rich and greasy texture, but the Ferment Pre-Essence is none of that. It is lightweight, absorbs quickly by skin, and isn’t sticky or oily at all.
As a mid-regime product that’s to be applied after toner, its comfortable texture ensures that I could layer on my skincare and makeup products without overwhelming my skin.
