How do I make payment?
You can pay via PayPal with your credit card or debit card. And you know what – you do not need to have a PayPal account to do so!

Please remember that PayPal will always address you by your first and last name via email.

Why is it that you can sell the products at such low prices?
Thanks to the direct relationships with the country of origin of the products and wholesalers, we are able to save and cut down on cost. Moreover, we do not have expensive overheads like retail space rental, renovation or sales promoters.

And we pass all these savings to you – because we think you deserve greater access to fabulous products we’ve handpicked.

How can you convince me that your product is new and genuine?
Batch code can be found printed on all cosmetic and skincare products. It identifies and indicates the manufactured date of the product. Expiry date of product is usually three (3) years from the manufactured date.

Colour or design is different from the website.
Actual colour or design may vary from the picture shown. Please understand that there may be some slight colour variation in the product between the website and the actual product due to your monitor setting . We will try our best to reflect the truest colour  and design as much as possible. Most of the time, we also include swatches that users have taken to help you decipher the colour better!

Are they genuine?
Daily Vanity takes pride in selling true and genuine products. We will never sell any fakes or imitation goods. If we do so, you won’t be shopping with us again and we will be sad :(

How do I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal upon successful transaction. In the event that you did not receive any e-mail confirmation, please login to your account and check your shopping cart to see if you have checked out all items successfully.

I’d like to cancel my order.
We regret to inform you that orders once confirmed are not allowed to be cancelled without a valid reason. All cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company reserves the right to reject a cancellation request if deemed to be based without a valid reason. Thus, we seek your kindest cooperation in reviewing your order carefully before submitting your order.

Is it safe to input my credit card information?
Please be assured that we are operating on a secured system with PayPal. We do not store your credit card information.

Earning Vanity Points
You can accumulate Vanity Points whenever you make a purchase. You will be able to use these points to offset your next purchase.


Delivery & Returning FAQ

Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is provided within Singapore only at this moment. We deliver to homes and offices but not to P.O. Box address. No international delivery or postage will be made.

How long will it take for you to deliver?
Items will be dispatched to you via SingPost within 1-5 business days upon receiving your order.

Is delivery free?
Free delivery is available for orders  SGD 79 and above. Delivery are made via registered mail to guarantee your products are delivered to you in a timely manner.

I use your product and got an allergy. Can I return and get a refund?
We are sorry to hear that you developed an allergy from the product. Depending on the skin condition, different individuals may get different results in using the same product. Daily Vanity is not liable for your skin condition after using the products. No return or refund will be accepted.

We recommend that you request for a sample from the brands first before buying the full set on Daily Vanity. Samples can usually be collected from the counters and shops selling it.

Return & Exchange Policy
You may return/ exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:

  • You have received a defective item
  • There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed
  • You must keep the products in a state when you received.
  • We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost.
  • Return/ exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

After using a product, I find that it’s not what I want. Can I return it?
We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.

The product’s manufacturing / expiry date is older than expected. Can I exchange it?
All cosmetic products have a shelf life of 3 years from the manufacturing date, and are not considered unusable till past the expiry date. We do not accept exchanges for such cases.

I broke the goods but I’ve never used it. Can I return it?
We do not accept exchange or return from goods that you have broke.

How do I know what time my order will arrive?
Delivery is made during normal business hours.

Can I change the delivery date?
The delivery date will be scheduled by SingPost, thus it is not possible.

What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable to collect the delivery personally, you may authorise another person to collect the item on your behalf.

If there is no one at home, a delivery slip will be placed on your door or in the mailbox. The order will then be deposited at a SingPost outlet near you, and you can proceed to collect your order at the SingPost outlet stated in the delivery slip.

I think my mail is lost. Can I get a refund?
Daily Vanity will not be held accountable or responsible for items lost through mail. We recommend registered mail for delivery of items to ensure that your packages are tracked.
