Two-thirds of the menu is available across all St. Regis Spa locations worldwide, made complete with locally inspired treatments across native healing traditions, locally harvested botanicals, and traditional techniques.

- Aroma Journey
A scent-story treatment that aids sleep quality, this sensorial full-body massage evokes a healing imprint with long strokes on the neck, shoulder, and back. Organic coconut oil and a choice of scented balm are used throughout before concluding with hot Himalayan salt stones to release tension and restore mineral deficiencies.
Aroma Journey is available for S$210 (60 minutes), S$295 (90 minutes), and S$350 (120 minutes).
- Illuminate & Lift
This facial captures the best of science and rare ingredients. It begins with AHAs applied with a special plumping facial massage technique for firming and extraction, followed by a tightening bio-cellulose neck and face mask. Porcelain cooling spoons are also used for soothing skin repair and to amplify the effects of instant, glowing skin.

Returning Award-winning Treatments:
- Black Soap and Rassoul Hammam Ritual
The secrets of the Hammam are incorporated into this all-rounded ritual. Expect a purifying Rassoul, soft steam and scrub with black soap, and a regenerating face and scalp massage. It’s relaxing and promotes revitalisation while leaving the skin soft and satin smooth.

- Warm Jade Stone Massage

I had the opportunity to meet Margaret Dabbs herself and receive a trial of two Foothealth Studio treatments: PURE Hand & Foot Treatment and The Perfecting Pedicure. To say that I simply had a pampering session is an understatement.
I was greeted by delicious fizzy tea drinks at the celebration bar and friendly, welcoming staff that made sure all and any of my needs were met. Every step into the St. Regis Spa space was even more relaxing than the next (truth be told, it was hard to leave because I wanted to stay in this sanctuary for as long as I could).

The PURE Hand & Foot Treatment includes the PURE hand mask to visibly plump and recharge the skin, followed by a soothing hand and arm massage and a foot soak and massage.
Here, I had the chance to try out the award-winning Margaret Dabb Firming Leg Serum which relieved the feeling of heavy legs and made my legs slimmer than before! The effects even stayed for a couple of days after the treatment.
I promise you, you’ll never see pedicures the same again after a visit to the Margaret Dabbs London Foothealth Studio. It was as if my feet and legs were gifted a new lease on life.

Next, I tried The Perfecting Pedicure which is a full foot overhaul that includes removal of hard skin and callus, shaping of toenails, a foot scrub, and a revitalising massage to leave you “walking on air”.
I was promised healthier feet and toenails and the Margaret Dabbs London™ Foothealth Studio did not disappoint. My feet have never been this baby-smooth and my toenails have never looked this clean, pink, and glossy without the help of nail polish (thanks to the Crystal Nail File used).

It was also entirely pain-free and watching my feet (literally) start shining with each step was incredibly satisfactory. If you thought that the typical nail salon’s classic pedicure services could cut it, try Margaret Dabbs’ life-changing foot treatments!
