1. Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon

We are huge fans of bold and bright eyeliners. The only problem? Many of them aren’t very long-lasting and smudge easily, leaving us with weird patches of blue, green or purple on our eyelids or under our eyes.

Finally, here’s an eyeliner we can trust our quirky eye looks with. The new Beauty Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon from Marc Jacobs Beauty isn’t just waterproof but stays on forever when it dries. When we tried the product at the media preview, the makeup stays on no matter how hard we rub, and cannot even be removed when we use a regular makeup wipe. The only way to get it off was with an oil-based makeup cleanser.

More reasons to love it: Before it dries, you can smudge it easily to create desired look. We also love that they have 12 intensely beautiful shades that you can choose from.

These eyeliners will retail at SGD38, and will be available from 3 March at Sephora. Head over here to check if it’s available in the online store.

Forget about bio-cellulose or hydrogel. According to Dr Jart+, the new generation of masks are foil masks and rubber masks, and it’s time to hop onto the bandwagon.

The picture on the packaging may look somewhat creepy or quirky (depending on how you see it) but the concept is fascinating. Each mask is made up of one ampoule and a rubber sheet to lay over applied area. The rubber masks are said to be more soothing on sensitive skin, and can keep the active ingredients from evaporating.
