And here’s the news we’ve all been waiting for: Glow Recipe, one of the hottest skincare brands in recent years, is FINALLY hitting the shores of Singapore!

Although Glow Recipe’s probably a label that needs no introduction with its most well-known product, the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask (read more about its 5,000-person waiting list down below!), being an instant hit in the brand’s debut line that launched back in 2017, here’s a quick run down anyway!

Not to mention their 100% recyclable, no-waste packaging despite their aesthetically-pleasing appearance that’s totally made for Instagram.
The six-year-old brand that carries an extensive range of beauty products from a brightening serum to an overnight retinol eye mask first launched its original superfruit-themed line inspired by beauty industry veteran founders, Christine Chang’s and Sarah Lee’s, childhood when their Korean grandmas would rub the cooling rinds of watermelon on their backs during hot summer afternoons to rid of the much-dreaded heat rash.
Now, the K-beauty brand will be hitting stores in Singapore next Thursday and we can’t guarantee they’ll be staying on shelves for long! Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask
It’s only befitting we start with the cult-favourite that’s garnered worldwide attention from skincare devotees to beauty passersby alike. The Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask 80ml (S$69) is said to be the prima donna behind the successes of this brand, with its high concentration of hydrating ingredients, gently exfoliating acids and of course, amino-rich watermelon extract that gives this luxurious mask its heavenly scent.
When launched back in 2017, as one of the only two products from the newly-founded Glow Recipe skincare line, this radiance-boosting mask sold out on the very same day itself, leaving over 5,000 on a patient wait for a second release.
The Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask that both hydrates and exfoliates while you’re asleep has sold out more than a grand total of seven times as well and we can see why. Chock-full of antioxidants that help repair and defend skin against damage-causing free radical, this intensely hydrating mask containing a good percentage of hyaluronic acid helps fight off fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots while buffing away dead skin with its AHA formulation.
With a pillow-proof formula that allows this product to be used as intended as an overnight mask, pat a dime-sized amount (in place of your moisturiser) into skin and let it do all the work for you while you’re asleep. Joining the watermelon glow family is the Watermelon Glow Ultra Fine Mist 75ml (S$43) formulated with watermelon seed oil, ACV (apple cider vinegar), rice germ oil, and hibiscus extracts that work to smooth skin and balance oil production throughout the day.

Use as a daily cleanser for softer and more supply skin that stays moisturised or as a deep clarifying mask that can be conveniently layered on for an in-shower treatment. We’re definitely adding this to our carts.
Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream
We’d be honest with you, when we first laid eyes on this jar of moisturiser, it took a lot for us to stop sniffing away at the delicious blend of banana, chia seed, and cica. It doesn’t help that the Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream (S$60) resembles the actual dessert with its fluffy and lightweight texture!
Known as a healing fruit that calms an upset stomach, the banana is widely considered a DIY beauty staple for moisturising and nourishing with the high concentrate of magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants the fruit boasts. Pineapple-C Bright Serum
If you’re looking to achieve glowing and lustrous skin, you’d know that a brightening serum is a must-have. The Pineapple-C Bright Serum (S$75) from Glow Recipe would make a good option for those of us starting out on our journey for a bright and translucent complexion.
Formulated with 22% pure pineapple juice, the Pineapple-C Bright Serum harnesses the power of natural acids and vitamins from pineapple to restore dull and uneven skin tones. Containing three types of vitamin C (the natural vitamin C from pineapple, ascorbic acid, and 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid), this luxurious serum brightens dark spots and exfoliates to resurface a complexion that’s sure to be envied.
Apply one to two drops onto clean skin daily before moisturiser. If you’re one to forget your sunscreen at times, the Glow Recipe serum’s got you covered.
