You can’t get these in stores, but the BLP Lip Coats are so reminiscent of Dose of Colors’ Matte Lipstick, we just had to include them! Founded by local beauty blogger Lizzie Parra, these Lip Coats were given their name because they promise to keep your lips matte but moisturised.
