We can’t believe the penultimate month of 2017 is almost over! We’re just getting started with all the Christmas hype coming up, but besides all the festivities, there are new exciting beauty releases and store openings happening next month too!
From new products, new stores, and new brands that are hitting our shores next month onwards, here’s a round up of the latest beauty news we’ve received. (But if you’re looking for Christmas gift guides, we’ve also got you covered here.)
1. Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion EX
You’ve heard of the bestselling Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion. They’ve amped it up a notch and are releasing the Perfecting Cushion EX.
The brand’s unique Slim Fit High Coverage formula has the foundation pigments dispersed in water instead of oil, to ensure smoother application and better blendability.
It comes in a total of seven shades across six different colour categories: Porcelain, Ivory, Natural, Sand, Honey, Amber. They are also available in pink and beige variations so you can pick the one most suitable for you.

2. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear 24H
Released almost 20 years ago, this cult classic foundation from Lancome has finally, finally reached our shores. The Teint Idole Ultra Wear 24H has a long-wear formula that the brand guarantees will hold for, obviously, 24 hours.
The foundation has been called “the best ally of the selfie generation” because of its lightweight texture and its velvety-matte finish.
Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear will retail for SGD68 at all Lancome counters and Sephora from 1 January 2018.
3. Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense Lift Cream
The latest launch from Neal’s Yard Remedies, an organic health and beauty brand, is this Frankincense Intense Lift Cream.
The cream is said to lift, restore, and plump up ageing skin. It contains Frankincense Active Phyto Complex, which consists of three boswellic acids and polyphenols, has “proven collagen protecting properties”, meaning your skin will stay younger-looking for longer.
Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense Lift Cream retails for SGD168 (50g) at the Neal’s Yard Remedies store at Takashimaya.
4. Albion EXAGE Vital Focus
More hydration options are coming your way in December! Albion is soon releasing two new products that will be targeted at improving your skin’s hydration.
Tthe EXAGE Vital Focus is a hydration serum that uses a powerful Full Moist Capsule to improve your skin’s ability to regenerate itself and to better retain moisture from within.
Albion EXAGE Vital Focus will retail for SGD82 (40ml) at Albion counters in Takashimaya Level 1 and Metro Centrepoint Level 1.
5. FTV Cosmetics
FashionTV is an international broadcasting channel founded in France two decades ago, and which specialises in fashion and beauty. This year, they are launching their beauty line, FTV Cosmetics, in Singapore!
The active ingredients in their line are seriously premium. Ingredients like Pearl Extract, 24 Karat Gold, and Quartz Crystals are combined with advanced skincare technology to make sure you’re getting the maximum benefit you paid for.
Choose from nine ranges within the brand that target different skin concerns, such as hydration, brightening, or specific problem areas like the delicate skin underneath eyes.
They’re also free from SLS, SES, Paraben and Petrolatum, so all their products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

6. Zerrin
Say hello to the latest online shopping platform on the scene. Zerrin is a Singapore-based multi-label retail platform that aims to enable women to #shopmeaningfully.

7. ORBIS Natural Repair Series
Most of us can’t go one day without shampooing our hair at least once a day here in hot and sweaty Singapore – but you don’t want to go to the other extreme either and dry out your scalp.
The Orbis Natural Repair Shampoo contains Botanical Moist Complex, derived from plants and which contains amino acids that help to protect your hair follicles and scalp from excessive dehydration.
Their two conditioners come in Refining Type (Moist Focus Formula) and Volumising Type (Airy Focus Formula), both of which use the Amino Moist Repair Ingredient to create silky smooth hair by retaining moisture.

10. Jyunka M+ Fluid
