The rise of Thai media in recent years has been undeniable.

From captivating movies such as Hunger and The Con-Heartist to feel-good shows like 2Gether, our love for Thai talents has only grown over time. It’s unsurprising that more and more beauty brands are engaging top celebs from the country to front their campaigns.

Here are a few fresh (but familiar) faces you can look forward to seeing!

Guerlain’s new face: Mile Phakphum

KinnPorsche, anyone? If you’re a fan of the show, you probably recognise Mile Phakphum, who shot into global stardom for his portrayal of Kinn on the television drama.

The immense popularity the show branded prompted Mile and his fellow cast members to embark on the ‘KinnPorsche World Tour’, further solidifying his worldwide recognition.

Being no stranger to the luxury industry, Mile has been welcomed into the Dior family, turning heads alongside his KinnPorsche co-star Apo, during the Dior pre-fall 2023 showcase in Mumbai.

Now, the charismatic star is making his way over to luxury beauty, and has just been announced as a Brand Friend of Guerlain, the French beauty and fragrance powerhouse.

His agency broke the news with a dashing shot of the actor on their Instagram, celebrating his role as the first ambassador for the brand in Southeast Asia. In his campaign images, he can be seen holding a bottle of Guerlain’s Épices Volées Eau de Parfum.

Kiehl’s’ new face: Bright Vachirawit

Bright gained recognition in the entertainment industry through his contributions to 2gether: The Series and solidified his stardom by playing the main character in the Thai version of Boys Over Flowers, known as F4 Thailand in 2021.

Alongside his acting and singing pursuits, Bright’s rapid ascent to fame has enabled him to secure an impressive lineup of brand endorsements, collaborating with esteemed luxury brands like Prada, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton.

Now, the heartthrob is bringing his charm and allure to his role as a brand ambassador for Kiehl’s Singapore and Malaysia. In particular, he’s been seen bringing the brand’s Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Serum and Retinol Skin-Renewing Daily Micro-Dose Serum to the spotlight.

Praised for embodying Kiehl’s adventurous spirit, Bright has also been deemed as the perfect representative for their popular serums by Kiehl’s MYSG’s Brand General Manager, Jenny Chan.

The skincare company organised a launch event at The Glass House in Bangkok to introduce their latest star product, the Philosophy Dose Of Wisdom™ Bouncy Skin Reactivating Serum.
