Doing our eyebrows can be a great way to transform our look, as strong, defined arches can really help brighten up the face and express emotions.
But not everyone has the good fortune to be born with luscious and full eyebrows. Unfortunately for us, we fall in the sparse eyebrow demographic.
It seems like we are not alone though, as many beauty TikTokers have been obsessed with finding a new hack to fill in their thin eyebrows.
Finally, they seem to have found the perfect hack to do so, and it’s by using men’s beard dye. The best part? You can do everything in the comfort of your home and it only takes five minutes.
How the hack works
Instead of going to a salon for brow embroidery, this hack makes everything simpler. You could probably do it before your morning ritual and still have time to spare.
First, you’re going to need the men’s beard dye in question. Most TikTokers use the Just for Men Moustache & Beard Dye, which retails for S$19.80 on iHerb.
After mixing the dye and colour developer together, use a clean and precise brush to apply the bread dye to your eyebrows, starting from the ends to the tips.
You can also use a spoolie, especially when applying the dye to the fronts of your eyebrows. Just remember to clean up mistakes as you go along.
After three minutes have passed, wipe the front of your eyebrows so that they’ll end up with a more natural and faded look.
Proceed to let the dye sit for two more minutes on the rest of your eyebrows. You could even set an alarm for this, as the longer you wait, the darker your brows will end up being.
As soon as the time reaches a total of five minutes, it is recommended to wash off the dye thoroughly with some water and shampoo, much like you would with a hair dye.
