1. Matcha Green Tea

All you need is a bamboo whisk, a sifter, a small tea bowl, and matcha powder!

Recipe:

1. Hold your sifter over the tea bowl.

2. Pour 1 to 2 tbs of matcha powder into sifter then sift it into bowl.

3. Add in 2 oz (approx. 60ml) of water just below boiling temperature.

4. Whisk fast in a zig-zag motion using your bamboo whisk till the tea froths.

5. Drink up!

2. Matcha Mochi Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

2 cups of plain yogurt

2 tb honey

2 tsp matcha powder

a pinch of kosher salt

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp almond extract

1 cup of mochi bits

Recipe:

1. Whisk together all ingredients except for the mochi bits.

2.  Add more honey if unsatisfied with taste.

3. Fold in the mochi bits.

4. Fill popsicle molds with the mix, insert popsicle sticks

5. Freeze them for a few hours.

6. Remove them from molds easily by running them under warm water.

3. Matcha Green Tea Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups hemp or almond milk
2 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp matcha powder
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
Recipe:
1. Blend the milk, sweetener, vanilla, and matcha together in a blender till smooth.
2. Pour the liquid over the chia seeds.
3. Stir thoroughly then stir again every few minutes for the next fifteen minutes.
4. Let the mixture to sit for at least an hour (or in the fridge overnight).
3. Stir the mixture once more, and serve with fresh berries!
