We know, it doesn’t sound like an appetising breakfast, but there are actually many health benefits that come along with this interesting combination.

A diet that has been in trend lately, the 168 fasting method consists of the usual three meals. However, there’s a twist – these three meals are to be eaten in just eight hours, while you fast for the next 16 hours of your day.

Apparently, when the stomach is in an empty state for this period of time, it is able to burn more body fat, which gives you a slimmer physique over time.
